Description
MUSCLE (Multiple Sequence Comparison by Log-Expectation) is a bioinformatics application used for multiple sequence alignment of protein and nucleotide sequences.
It can be used to align biological sequences for applications such as sequence comparison, phylogenetic analysis, and other genomics and bioinformatics workflows.

Examples/Usage
Load the MUSCLE module:
$ module load bio/MUSCLE/3.8.31
Unload the module:
$ module unload bio/MUSCLE/3.8.31
Display MUSCLE command-line options:
$ muscle -h
Align sequences from a FASTA file:
$ muscle -in input.fasta -out aligned.fasta
Perform an alignment and save the output in FASTA format:
$ muscle -in sequences.fasta -out sequences_aligned.fasta
Installation
MUSCLE is provided through the AUHPCS module environment.
Use the following command to check the versions currently available on the cluster:
$ module avail MUSCLE
